Customers can pause their service once per season between June and September. To pause, notify Cam's Services at least 7 business days in advance. After pausing, services cannot be paused again that season, and there must be at least 2 weeks of service before skipping any service.
How to Pause:
1. Click the "Start Application" button below.
2. Edit the email with the effective date of the pause, your name, phone number, and address.
3. Submit your application request for review. Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation reply. After your confirmation, we'll notify you that your service has been paused.
