Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in lawn care or landscaping.
Ability to work 8-12 hours per day.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop.
Reliable cell phone for communication.
Ability to work independently and think on your feet.
Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with the company.
Willingness to work long-term and take on more responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn care and landscaping tasks, including mowing, property cleanups, mulch installation, and snow removal.
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Work efficiently and safely, adhering to company standards and procedures.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, able to strike up conversations with clients.
