To cancel service, the Customer must do so within 30 days of the contract renewal on January 1st. Canceling service before contract renewal requires payment of a $199 cancellation fee.
As a gesture of goodwill and in light of our updated Terms and Conditions, we are offering customers who signed up before July 7, 2024, the option to cancel any recurring service from July 7 to July 15, 2024, without any penalties. Please review the 'How to Cancel' section below to learn more about canceling your services with Cam's Services.
How to cancel:
1. Click the "Start Cancellation" button below.
2. Edit the email with the effective date of cancellation, your name, phone number, and address.
3. Submit your cancellation request for review. Upon receiving your request, we will send a confirmation reply. Once you confirm the cancellation, our cancellation fee will be applied.
